On the Upper Mures Valley, in Topliţa - Deda Gorge, there are two mountain trails marked on two cave creeks called Căsoaia lui Ladaș and the Great Cave, caves protected by the Romanian Speleological Federation. These caves have unique characteristics and are very interesting as genesis, being volcanic - sedimentary formations.
Casting caves can range from 40 to 80 m in length and up to 2.4 m in diameter.
Located at an altitude of 704 m, the cave "Căsoaia lui Ladaş" has a 2 m high entrance and a 15 m opening.
